Dear Mr Wheeler,
We would like to thank your organisation for its prompt and curtious service after one of our employees had her handbag stolen containing her office keys.
We did not realise at the time of replacing our locks that we would be able to claim on the service we hold with your organisation for some of the cost incurred.
When your representative called for our annual renewal he asked if we had had any problems with keys during the year. The situation was explained and within two weeks of receiving claim forms, a cheque arrived at our office.
Thank you for your service and attention to this matter.
We also enclose 2 old key tags which were replaced last year.
